Anybody else going thru yet another multiple pregnancy?

I am 17 weeks along with my third, yes, third multiple pregnancy. This is my first pregnancy carrying twins, two previous pregnancies were triplets, one of which produced a healthy singleton, and one of which produced premature twins. I have conceived all my children naturally, and two out of the three pregnancies occurred while using birth control. I am wondering if there are any other moms/moms to be who have had multiple pregnancies NATURALLY. I am starting to think I am alone in the natural multiple mom category, and am getting a little tired of people asking me who my fertility dr is. I am also wondering if anybody knows any homeopathic ways to lessen fertility. Thanks!

I have a set of natural twins and know exactly how you feel about the questions. I also do have to give myself shots, but they're blood thinners, not fertility drugs. People get really confused. I ovulate twice every month and that is how I conceive twins naturally (I've miscarried two sets of twins before).  My guess is that you ovulate three times a month. If you want to decrease your fertility, I would track your cycles when you want to get pregnant in the future and once you have ovulated the first time, stop having sex. If you keep having sex you'll increase your chances of fertilizing further eggs. Thats not a guarantee though. My girls were conceived five days apart. However with my last son, his twin egg was only three days before him, we just didn't have sex in time for that first egg and only the second was fertilized. We just found out we're expecting again, but by surprise. I have no idea if I ovulated twice last month and so I have a scan scheduled for June 23rd to see if there are two babies in there. I think that BC actually causes multiples. My mom conceived twins while on it... a girl from highschool conceived twins while on it... my SIL conceived twins the day she came off of it... a current friend conceived twins while on it... so that's my guess.

I would say you are very very lucky to be able to conceive so easily... and I hope your pregnancy goes well!

I know you posted this like 2 months ago, but WOW!  That is crazy ....  and congratulations!  LOL!  I hope everything is going well with both babies.  This is my first multiple pregnancy and it was natural, I'm having fraternal twins, due in early December, but Dr.'s hoping I'll make it to early Nov.  Congratulations again!
