Im always stressed too. One thing that I found really helps relieve stress is thinking about the positive things in pregnancy and doing baby centered things. Doing a registry, reading a pregnancy book, or thinking of names. I know it can be hard. Good luck and congratulations!

Its normal to be very emotional but you need to try your best not to get stressed out.. do something that relaxes you like a warm bath or maybe listen to some music or read a pregnant book.. Your hormones are fighting with you lol.. just try to stay calm.. i do yoga or some light stretching to relax good for birth as well.. I dont know very much yoga so i just look up pregnant yoga or stretches on youtube lol!
