Negative hpt with twins?
Did anyone having twins get negative hpts and a positive blood test? I've heard about the hook effect and wondering if it is really possible.
Blood test negative. Oh well...gonna take meds to start my period back up.

Ps: it was definatly an emotional rollercoaster ride. I'm now 5 months pregnant with one boy and one girl.

My HPT's were pos. and then I went to the hospital with a subchorionic bleed in the 1st trimester,afterwards,,my HPT was very faint. almost unreadable.
So yes,,at one point my HPT was looking like a Neg. and my Betas (blood work) came out very high positive numbers, positive.
