Update on my girls

My dh broke our laptop while moving it so I haven't been able to get online in days. It is funny how out of touch you can get without the net!! ha ha

We were able to bring the Kendall and Jamie home on Friday (yea!!!) and both are doing really well. Kendall weighs 5 lbs. 5-/2 oz. and Jamie is now 6 lbs. 3 oz. Their gestastional age would be 37 weeks 6 days today. They are 4 weeks and 2 days now. I can't believe it has been 4 weeks already.

I hope all of you are doing well. When we get the laptop back I will be on more often : )

We are doing really great now that we are home and in a routine. Brooke is still going to daycare full time right noe so that really helps and she LOVES the babies. We were really nervous about how she would react to them and we thought she would get jealous especially when my husband holds them because she is such a daddy's girl.

I actually feel better than I have in months : ) After a couple of weeks, I actually felt back to my pre pregnancy self. I actually lost all of the weight except for five pounds by then also but keeping in mind I had my babies at 33-1/2 weeks so there wasn't a whole lot of extra. I think the breastfeeding also helped a lot. That and I was a little overweight to begin with so I don't think my body added the extra fat stores. That is just my guess anyway...

Talk soon!

Hi Trudi!
Thanks for the update on the girls.  And how are you doing now that the babies are home from the hospital?  What's it like with a full house like you have now?  How are the twins and big sis treating you?
So glad you were able to update us.  I had been thinking about ya, but just figured you were busy busy these days, LOL  =)  Take care!
