I have been pretty worn out myself since about the 9th week of pregnancy. I am now in the 17th week and I still feel exhausted all the time. The doctor keeps telling me to get plenty of rest and my friends are telling me with both babies head down already and as tired as I am all the time to look for them earlier then 36 weeks. Idk though we see the high risk staff soon for consult so I'm hoping for the best. Good luck to ya!! Getting lots of rest helps me get more energy up. I am not working right now but it's because of summer lay off as I am a bus driver for the local schools. We'll see if I am more tired after I start work on the 31st but not stopping it until doctor physically says I can't do work anymore. My husband is currently not working though so I feel I have to go back. Our area has a 16.9% unemployment rate which we were informed is the highest in the nation. EEK. Hopefully, he finds something soon though. Wishing u luck!!

I have experienced cramps and spotting and am at 15 weeks and 3 days now. Doctor told me everything is fine based on my blood work and my ultrasounds. When it gets really bad I have discovered that I have done to much and need to lay down. I was wearing maternity clothes at 8 weeks :D... and I am a very large girl however, this is also my first pregnancy and the clothes I had before I had just gotten do to a 50lb weight loss. So, they fit a bit tighter then my normal clothes because I had been dropping weight so fast I figured I would get them snug and make them last better ... lol... not this time :D... I also discovered here lately that I have been getting major headaches to the point of napping to try and relieve some of the pain. It isn't going away though and I had talked to my mom who is an RN and she said it could be due to all the smoke from our forest fires in the area. I see my doctor again next week and will talk to her more about it then. Wish you lots of luck but I am confident things are okay!!

My girlfriend had "Vanishing Twin Syndrome" with her twins and lost one around 10 weeks...but she had spotting the whole way through, so I would not worry. My doctor had warned me that "Vanishing twin syndrome is  more common than people think andmost likely will occur before the 15th week. I would not worry if you arent bleeding! Keep us posted and good luck!

I am almost 34 weeks along with twins, and boy did I have cramping.  I really dont think you should worry too much (I know how hard it is) but it is probably your uterus stretching and your body making room for these 2 little ones.  The good thing is you have no bleeding and the cramps come and go, those are good signs.
I had bleeding for some weeks in the beginning of my pregnancy and even thought I had lost my babies at one point but everything is great.  It's amazing what our bodies can do sometimes. Hang in there!

Hi! I am due with twins in a few weeks, and in my first trimester I got BAD cramps. To the point where I had to lay down for an hour or so to get them to stop. THe bad was so bad it was overwhelming.  There was no bleeding but my doc said also if you have morning sickness too the strain of vomiting can make you cramp. I had bad morning sicknees to to the point where i was on medication (zofran) so i would stop because I had lost 8 lbs in my first timester. :( My twins are right where they should be now though! Good luck! Im sure its nothing!!! If your pregnancy symptoms start to disappear or you have bleeding I would contact your doctor.

I had awful cramps on a few occasions when I was around 8 weeks with my twin pregnancy (never anything like that with my singleton).  I thought for sure something was wrong, but it all turned out fine.  Call your doc if there is any blood, but try to relax otherwise.  It's probably the stretching.

Hey, I think your uterus is just streching to accomedate both babies. Beleive me, I get cramping all the time. It nothing that hurts, but it is there and I can feel it.

i never got crampy during my pregnancy. my hips hurt. ohhh my hips hurt like hell!!!! one of the babies could be kicking something, yanking on something, punching something....one of my boogers was laying on my sciatic nerve and was causing me HORRENDOUS back  pains in the begining of my pregnancy. so the babies could just be causing grief to the insides if they're active.
