help for our Babies 8 & 9

Hi
I have had 7 children so far & just found out that i am 8 weeks pregnant with twins, my partner & I are stunned but also happy.
We sadly lost our daughter Ngataria to CDH last year which is  still fresh  but our main worry now is whether the twins will have CDH as well
So far  we have been told by doctors etc that there is a 2% chance that it could happen again & others have conceived again after CDH & their children have been healthy but still I worry.
As these are babies 8 & 9, I am looking for all the good tips to give these babies a fighting chance from here on.As i have had so many kids im sure my body hasnt as wholesome as it used to be Ilol but I am taking supplements as well as eating healthy but if there is anything else i could do to help our babies, well i woul;d appreciate hearing from you.

Thanks in advance
Fiona & Blair
