help!!

Okay my boyfriend and I have been trying to conceive for little over a year and no luck yet :( soon to be getting engaged and married but feel its the right time to start family. He is 23 and I'm 20. We live together and just want to start our family while were young. Need help is there anything I can do to increase my chances of getting pregnant

Hi,
The most fertile time to try for a baby is at mid-cycle. Pregnancy occurs when there is sex around the time of ovulation. Hence the best time is between 12th & 16th day of the menstrual cycle. This can increase the chances of pregnancy.
