oh my.........
I'm 5 week 2 days, last night I start pelvic cramping nd this morning I notice real light spotting I wouldn't known if I wasn't paying attention should I be worried.

This early along you basicly just have to wait. If you are gonna miscarry there isnt anything anyone can do about it. Stay positive, and take it easy. Early pregnancy cramps are normal and some women ever report implantation spotting. Good Luck
