twins

i have twins 4 months old, Cedric is doing everything a 4 month does trying to talk move and everything very active but Frederic does nothing, he barelys crys his really quite doesnt move my mom calls him the blob. at frist i figured no big deal his just a lil behind compare to his brother but now im wondering could it be his maybe death or hard hearing? or even mute thats why he dont talk? I know twins are diffrent i cant base them on each other but most babies that i know are like Cedric so im a lil worried bout frederic.

so today, i accidentally scared frederic but overall i know he does hear

they got checked when the got out of the hospital but they said they'll re do the testing at 6 months because it was to early. I told the doctor and he said to wait and see maybe his just a little behind.

Was the hearing of each baby tested at the hospital?  You could call your pediatrician and ask this.  I think the protocol in my area is that it is pretty standard to check it, but maybe this is not true everywhere.

Why don't you take both babies in for a checkup?  The earlier some things are caught, the better.
