HI!
The first thing to do is to go into the ER or walk in clinic and get tanked up with IV fluid.
We always recommend that to anyone who has been more than 24 hours without fluids.
The IV fluid alone may help a lot. Dehydration can cause nausea.
Some doctors will recommend to their patients to try Unisom and vitamin b6. There is also some good information about ginger.
If natural isn't cutting it though, some good medications include:
Reglan
Compazine
Zofran
Tigan
Diphenhydramine
Your doctor could give you a prescription, or you could get it from the ER.
Do something--you will get sicker until you do!
Congratulations on the pregnancy! Sickness is good sign that the baby is healthy!
Good luck!
