24 Hour Sickness Any Advice? :(

Iv been getting Sickness really Bad 24hrs a day im trying Everything from natural Ginger to crackers and eating little and often and the usual stuff you get in preganacy magazines. Im not holding anything down not even fluids. Polo's used to work for me but now im getting it twice as bad its doing nothing. My blood pressure has dropped to 50/85 so im really weak n the slightest movements make me dizzy. Its driving me crazy makes me cry like a baby myself.
Any advice would be greatly apreciated

HI!
The first thing to do is to go into the ER or walk in clinic and get tanked up with IV fluid.
We always recommend that to anyone who has been more than 24 hours without fluids.
The IV fluid alone may help a lot.  Dehydration can cause nausea.

Some doctors will recommend to their patients to try Unisom and vitamin b6.  There is also some good information about ginger.

If natural isn't cutting it though, some good medications include:
Reglan
Compazine
Zofran
Tigan
Diphenhydramine

Your doctor could give you a prescription, or you could get it from the ER.

Do something--you will get sicker until you do!
Congratulations on the pregnancy!  Sickness is  good sign that the baby is healthy!
Good luck!
