25 weeks and gestational diabetes?!?!

I'm 25 weeks and 4 weeks ago they found out a have a renal disease, and on top of that a week ago I found out that I have gestional diabetes. Has anyone gone through that? How did the baby do? Please help I'm really scared. I'm only 23 yrs old.

I'm already following a diet it's really hard but I'll do it for my baby

As long as you watch what you eat and maybe even speak to a dietian about a proper diet plan i am type 1 and a half  diabetic and my baby is doing great so far at 18 weeks .... i had to be really careful with what i was doing and eating. Just be careful .... good luck

Im 24 .......I have gestational diabetes i was borderline w it w my first and it affected his blood sugar the first 3days after he was born but othsr then that no issues and hopefully since i for sure have it and im watching my diet my babys sugar will be fine this time ..has ur dr said anything will be affected by renal disease?.
