3 missed periods

My last period was Dec 1.  I had started YAZ BC but discountinued after a week because it made me very sick.  I have not had my period since. HPT come out negative.  Could I be pregnant?  I have March 4th  - but i am can't help to wonder

i meant my appt with the Dr. is march 4th***.

I'm usually regular - Stress can delay it for a week - not 3 months though!!
