Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that the ultrasound will give you the answer. IF you have had a baby already, it is common to feel really big really fast with the second one, because your muscles have been stretched and swelling or gas in your bowel will cause it to pooch out again much quicker than it did the first time around.
Good luck!

I was told I was 6 weeks from my blood test on January 3rd. Went for a ultrasound on January 19th got the lucky surprise of being told I'm actually 18 weeks. Things happen lol
I'm 6 w 2 and severely bloated!! My stomach is puffier but I went to the doctor yesterday and had the ultrasound. They told me that my puffiness is bloating. Ask for an ultrasound.
I am also 6 weeks 3 days and i have a 4 month looking baby bump but this is my 4th baby every womams body is different and ever pregnancy is different.
Just curious how do you know you have a 4month bump?
It's not difficult for them to tell where your uterus is and see how far along you are by feeling. anything before 12 weeks, your uterus is not even above your pelvic bone. Early pregnancy brings joys of constipation and bloating! might just be that. All pregnancies are different and you are going to show at different times. I started showing and getting very bloated with my second child and had a tiny bump at about 16 weeks I gained 30 lbs with him and felt so very big. With my daughter that I got pregnant with 3 months after my son was born, I didn't show at all until almost 25 weeks, and I only ended up gaining 10 lbs that pregnancy. I stayed small that whole pregnancy and could still wear my size 12 jeans and keep them button. She ended up being an 8lb baby. I walked out of the hospital weighing less than what I had been when I first got pregnant! It's all different, but if you are showing before 12 weeks it's gas, constipation, bloating, but not your uterus and baby yet.
I am also 6w3days and I am not showing yet! I would request an ultrasound just to make sure :-) Is this your 1st pregnancy?
I would even if u get told ur only 6 weeks could b bloating tho x
Hi! Yes you should but if you know Your last lmp then you are 6weeks or so good luck and best wishes to you!
Yes you should definitely ask for an ultrasound. I thought that's the only effective way to know how far along you are. If you are petite, you might look bigger than you are, I always do. But not everyone is the same BC I have petite friends that didn't start showing til about 6 months
