Thanks, for your comment and i do understand that i could have developed something since then, i think i am going to wait until af is suppose to come to test again and if i should exoerience any more pain between now and then i will head straight to the ER
If you ovulated on 8/2 and then took a pregnancy test, you would not get an accurate result. You must wait 2 weeks after ovulation (when your period is due) in order to take a pregnancy test.
The pain could be from ovulation but it sounds more intense than that. I think it might be a cyst. Having had a sonogram in the past doesn't necessarily mean you haven't developed once since then.
I never had cramping during implantation, or if I did I didn't pay attention to it. So I'm really not sure. I guess it could be implantation, but it's just hard to say because everyone's body's are different. I would wait and test again in a few days because it could be too early if you o'd 8/2. When I m/c'd I had mild cramping for about 3 weeks and then all of a sudden such bad cramping I had to curl up in a ball. I was also bleeding heavy so I went to the ER, they only saw the cyst on the u/s but I had a positive pregnancy test. I'm in now way suggesting your m/c'ing, only saying that if you are in pain don't hesitate to call your doctor because you never know. I also cramped during my last pregnancy and everything was fine. Even now, I am 6 months post partum and having cramping, so my doctor is having me wait until I get my period before we do anything else.
Thanks for your reply, I recently had an u/s early june and everything at the time came back normal....could the cramping be apart of the implantation? the left side cramping is not bad at all its bearable but the one that concerned me was the one had last night early morning.
I had bad cramping when I miscarried, but they found a cyst on my left ovary which is why I had more pain on that side. I also have fibroids on my uterus which have caused bad cramping in the past. So you may not be pregnant, but it could be a cyst. Or it could be implantation - though I don't think the cramping should be that bad. If you o'd on 8/2, implantation would just now be happening and it could be another week until you would get a definite positive. I don't know if the pregnancy symptoms would happen this soon either. Sometimes cysts can cause your body to think that you are pregnant, which would include pregnancy symptoms and/or positive tests. My only suggestion would be to request an u/s because they would be able to see if there was something going on (but too early to determine pregnancy).
