Okay:) thank you ladies!!
The colostrum is what the baby eats the first couple of days. In fact if you end up not producing enough to breast feed they still want you to try to give them the colostrum because it's one of the most important parts. It helps the baby tremendously.
The baby will eat the colostum when first born until milk comes .. when first born they dont need very much at a time when it comes to colostrum because of all the nutrition in it ... my son ate like every hr to two hrs when i breast fed .. drink lots of water it helps make more milk
Thank you, that was very helpful. One more question, so if milk won't come in until after I've gone home what does baby eat? Do I need to buy milk? Or is it that colostrum stuff that posed come out.
They will give u stuff to cleanse urself w and to help w the down there pain also give u cream for hemroids jic u have / get them during delivery .. they give u heavy thick pads for bleeding and they gave me special undies to keep the pads in place they look funny but super comfy lol .. my milk came in the day after i came home from the hospital.. u may wanna buy some witchhazal tucks pads i hear they work wonders on buring down there after cuz theyre very cooling and if u tear ur gonna want cooling and what ev poss to help take away the sting ! Hope this helped :)
