My kids were in the bath and I was laying on my bed watching them and my youngest started standing up so I jumped up to get him but I had a sharp pain in my stomach and had to sit back down now I have some pain my stomach where I felt the pain

My stomach has gotten to the point where it does that when I sneeze or cough. It hurts like hell.

I don't know how many times that's happend to me .. my doc said it's just my ligaments stretching and it's nothing too really worrie about unless you start to bleed or you start to constantly vomit
