I got a "noodle" from finishing my parenting classes it's like a pool noodle cut small enough to fit perfectly over your back and what they have you do it lean up against a chair or your bed feet shoulder length apart and your kinda bending over a little and your partner rolls the noodle up and down your back. It's helped me so much
I will have to try a heat pack, thanks :)
I have a 12ft body pillow, it does helps a lot. I had back problems pre pregnancy too, was in the process of loosing weight for a breast reduction.
Not long left for me, fingers crossed the heat pack helps
I have a body pillow and last night while sleeping i used half in between my legs and left most of it against my back to support it and boy did it help, my back feels a lot less achey. I am 26 wks but i also had pre existing back pains and a bigger chest so i feel your pain :( also hot patches seem.to.help or those heat packs.
I have been using a heating pad it works great
