Back Pain

How do you mommies and soon to be mommies deal with your back pain?

I'm 37+4 and my back feels like it's breaking, I've been into hospital because the pain spreads down into my pelvis and makes walking near impossible at times. They were meant to refer me to physio...that was over 3 weeks ago but I've heard nothing since.

I got a "noodle" from finishing my parenting classes it's like a pool noodle cut small enough to fit perfectly over your back and what they have you do it lean up against a chair or your bed feet shoulder length apart and your kinda bending over a little and your partner rolls the noodle up and down your back. It's helped me so much
