Beta numbers high for 15DPO?

My doctor's nurse called this morning with my first beta numbers.  My blood work was done at 15DPO (theoretically 4 weeks 1 day pregnant), and these were my numbers:

Progesterone = 37.4
HCG = 980

Does this seem a little high to anyone besides me?  The nurse said these numbers were great...which might or might not be true...  LOL  I remember reading that at 18DPO (three days AFTER my tests were done), normal levels of progesterone were around 18 - 20, and normal levels of HCG were between 150 and 200!!  *freaking out!!!*

Um, chance of multiples, anyone?  LOL ;-)

Hi!
Your nurse is right, your numbers are great!  Don't worry SO MUCH!  The next step should be to have the quant repeated in 48 hours to look for a double.  The absolute values don't mean much, and you can't tell by the numbers whether it is a multiple pregnancy or not.  Molar pregnancies run values into the 100,000's.

Good luck!

I forgot to add that I am concerned about molar pregnancy, as I have had two m/c in the past, not defined as molar but...  *fear*  Would these numbers put me at risk for molar pregnancy, or should they be much higher for possible molar pregnancy?

Thanks so much!
