The copper iud is hormone free, the depo provera shot is progestin only, as is the mini pill. Those are all good options. Iud is long term, depo is every twelve weeks, pill is daily.

Make sure you tell your doctor if you're breastfeeding. The estrogen in a lot of birth controls can dry you up.
I was on the pill for 7 years. Worked great for me. Helped clear my skin and helped with painful cramps.
Taking it the same time everyday was easy for me. You can always just set a reminder/alarm on your phone.
