My Last reply was @fairdus, but @aali4 i'd be girl for both of those 2 also. My line is all below belly button. Its not really dark though and i am not a fan of top so i know that one for sure too. Maybe i'm not having a boy. Haha. Jk
Im not finding out, but I think the myths and such are fun. What about man on top=girl, woman on top=boy.. dark line above naval=boy, only below it=girl..
Yeah see with all those, i'd be having a girl and am having a boy. Ive had to have i think over 10 ultrasounds so i've seen his little parts several times, otherwise after about 90% of these wives tales would get me questioning the babys sex. I gained a lot from the beginning and havent had any cravings. Ive questioned my weight gain since early on with the dr. I do occasionally eat sweets, but i hate pickles completely. Thats always been a norm for me though. I normally love spicy food too and have hardly eaten it. Would be cool if you could find out through this stuff, but unfortunatly theyre just for fun until you really find out.
None are correct. As for the weight loss thing, both times being pregnant I've lost close to 10 lbs if not more and I'm having my second girl. I've also never had cravings with my first and this time I can't even look at food without feeling sick but I'm hungry all the time :/ it's fun to think about but don't get your hopes up!
Forgot to put I'm having a girl this will be my 3rd baby girl but first
Well not true I crave curry that's spicy and less sweet stuff I eat more meat and then but with my other 2 prem baby girls I craved sweets and now I'm having my 4th baby this is my 4th pregnancy but first pregnancy
I did the bloodwork :) what they do is search your blood for any y chromosomes, and if they find any then its a boy, if not its a girl! Comfirmation ultrasound will be done between 18-20 weeks
Not completely accurate but from what I know via everyone I know who has had a baby via cravings. With boys women crave spicy foods and pickled type foods and with girls you crave sweet things and treats.
Also my nurse told me nearly all her patients that gain weight early on have girls. I gained ten to fifteen pounds my first trimester and she predicted I was having a girl and was right. Nurse also said with boys the mothers often lose a little weight or stay the same in the first trimester as he takes a lot from the mother. That happened to my two dear friends with their boys. They both lost weight first semester and didn't put on noticeable weight till it just came.up.from nowhere mid second semester
Only way to accurately tell and not just for fun is trough an ultrasound
Not sure how they tell through blood work but I know it's possible.
Well I think she was asking just for the fun of it though ladies ....
I did the test from CVS as well told me girl I find out for sure in two weeks.
The only other one I know is the baking soda one.
@AubsMomma472014 How is bloodwork able to tell you? Chromosomes?
I used the gender predicted that you can get at CVS and it told me at 15 weeks that we were having a boy but we waited until we had an actual ultrasound. But even ultrasounds can be wrong. I was told at 23 weeks that I was having a boy by ultrasound and at 37 weeks I delivered a healthy baby GIRL.
Yeah they are not accurate. I recently tested some for fun (i am 38 weeks and having a boy) and majority say girl. They have a 50/50 chance of being "right" so that's why people believe them.
No. None of them are accurate. You either get an Ultrasound or blood work done. That's the only way to know the gender.
Look up the baking soda test. Worked for me and everyone I know!
