Breast feeding

I am really worried about breast feeding I plan to breast feed when the baby comes. I'm worried because I have never liked my nipples touched! I won't even let my fiancé touch them especially now that I'm pregnant because they are so sensitive so I guess my question is will I get over this? Will I be able to breast feed or will it feel to weird?

Try it in the hospital see how you feel about it. If you can't stand it then there is nothing wrong with pumping or formula. Although remember it will hurt but that will go away. But if its just them being touched then bottles are fine.  I had a friend who hated the thought of her baby on her nipples so she bottle fed. My son hurt mine so bad I gave up and he was formula fed he turned out perfect he's 5 now. But I'm going to try and stick with it this time.

Breastfeeding has a lot less to do with your nipples than you might think. Done properly, your nipple and most (if not all) of your areola will be in baby's mouth. It's more a compression than a sucking that you'll feel. Honestly even those that aren't boob girls can breastfeed successfully!

It feels uncomfortable at first but your nipples do get used to it. The sensitivity will decrease eventually and it's so worth it. Good luck

Try it. If you don't like them being touched and you absolutely can't deal with it you can always pump.
