Breast implants and Pregnancy

Hi ladies!  I have an embarassing question....but I've been wondering so I've just got to ask.  I had implants put in under the muscle about 3 1/2 years ago.  They aren't anything crazy....I went from an A to a full C....they fit my frame well and people are always surprised when I divulge my secret.  Anyway, how does pregnancy effect the less than natural breast? ;) Is breastfeeding possible?  I haven't gotten my BFP yet but want to know what to expect when I do! Thanks girls!

I have implants. Mine are over the muscle. As far as I know, under the muscle are even less likely to effect BF. I BF my daughter for 7 months, and gave up when she got her first tooth. I'm not saying it was easy, because it wasn't, but I don't think ANY of the difficulties I had were anything to do with my implants. I had had mine done for 10 months when i got pregnant (less time than the doc recommended) and I did get some stretchmarks on my boobs that have faded away to hardly anything now. But I was a AA and when my milk came in I needed at least an E cup bra, so i guess it was a lot for my skin to stretch in a short space of time. I'm still really happy with my shape now, they did drop a little during the whole BF process, but I wouldn't change a thing. My 2nd is due any day now.

Yep you can breastfeed even if you have implants. My sister got silicone implants and went from a size A to a full C and breastfeed just fine... plus her boobs still look perky after two kids while mine now feel the force of gravity and are pointing towards the ground. I'm getting implants when I can.
