Brown Period and Cramping on first month

Hi everyone i recently posted a question about brown discharge..
On Sunday night it felt like if it was period considerable amount of brown blood that i had on my pad so ran to the ER where they did a pelvic Us and transvaginal, and they did not see anything or a sac besides my endometrium being super thick, they did a blood test and found out that my hcg levels where very low for what  the weeks that i supposely have 5weeks (my last mentrual period was 11/11/15 light and  on 11/12/15 heavy) 67.0 !!! Im still having brown period/ discharge and a little cramping on and off , while i was at the ER their waa not much they could do as per going back in 72 hours to see if my hcg levels have went up, if not many know what that means...
Has anyone ever past thru this? Im a first timmer amd its been so hard to deal with all kind of emotions and plans you do while pregnant and beautiful things you plan, my husband has been super super supportive and while i sleep i have felt him cried and rub my small and flat belly and i just put everything in Gods hands and it will be what he want it to be

Exact same thing happened to me. I didnt get my first positive test until 6 weeks - two weeks late. The day before I got a positive blood test I started brown spotting, researched the hell out of it and most sites and advice from other in the same position was that brown just means old blood. It could be from the period you didn't have (because you're pregnant) or from even intercourse. Mine only lasted 3 or 4 days, it did get the slightest bit darker but it's stopped completely now.

Another post I had read was about a girl who went to the emergency room and they asked "how many" pads she had soaked through, the fact that she had only bled in half of ONE made her realise that her issue wasn't as bad as what she thought - her baby made it through!

I'm 7 weeks now, no spotting, haven't had violent symptoms but still have the slight nausea, have my first scan next week.

As you say, just leave it in God's hands, everything will work out the way it is meant to. Lots of love to you and bub :)

Hold on cause I read fast, you still may not be out. Although 67 is low it is still early so it is possible it was just too early to see anything on us. God's great and nothing is impossible for him. Stand in faith and pray your way through the day. In the mean time try and get some progesterone

I'm so sorry for your loss. I know it's hard. I've had 11 pregnancies, 4 living children, but 4 miscarriages since last December. I'm currently 8 weeks and I often worry if this is a sticky bean. I can't say it will be easy. I get sad every time a month passes that would've been a birth month. as soon as you get pregnant again ask your dr/midwife for progesterone gel just in case that wad the issue
