Can anyone give me their opinion? Pregnancy test..

Hi everyone

I've never used one of these forums before I'm just hoping someone can help

I'm on the pill, however lately I've been feeling not my usual self and over tired, and I've been having cramps that feel like wind but they're not, and these are apparently quite common?

I've done 2 tests this week on Tuesday,  late afternoon. one was very faint which I've researched and it was quite unlikely it gave a false result, the other was the same

I did another on Wednesday morning and it was negative

I don't know wether I'm going mad, and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me when it would be best to do another test? Thanks.

I'm using an early test that can predict 4 days before period is due, however I don't specifically have a real one as I am on the pill.

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that I usually tell my patients to wait until their period is late before testing--that saves money and anguish.
If your tests were positive, that could mean a very early pregnancy that miscarried.  This is called a chemical pregnancy, because it only shows up on the tests and otherwise  you would never suspect.  The only reason that you should get pregnant if you are taking birth control is if you missed a pill or two, or are taking them irregularly.
If you are concerned, you could ask your doctor for a blood test.  These are very slightly more accurate than the urine test.
Hope this helps!

Get a Digital test. Most likely, you are pregnant, if there was a faint line and not an evaporation line. I just got 2 Clear Blue Digitals for under $10 at Walmart. The peace of mind is totally worth spending more for digital. They don't leave you wondering. I also suggest waiting a day or two more to see how you're feeling.

My sugesstion is if you do have a set date where you get your monthly. Test a week after that for the best results. early test can give faint results I did that got a faint test and didn't get a dark line til a week later !  Amazon has a 50 pack test w/100 ovulation test for $12:) good luck
