Yea I think the main concern is gestational diabetes. And those certain types of fish. I though forever I couldn't have shrimp and when my nutritionist told me it was ok as long as cooked correctly I went all out!! Since I'm not a big meat fan she said it was a good source of protein.
Thank you! Really helped me I used to drink lots of caffeine like teas and soda but I only have it once in a while now like maybe twice a week MAYBE 3 times but I have seen a nutritionist and she told me everything not to eat and I haven't eaten anything bad just haven't exactly been following her strict guidelines as to what I need to eat and how much of it.. I try but its hard with all these cravings I am currently getting! But thank you for your reply :)
I'm 27 weeks with my first child, and I've been told a lot of things I shouldn't eat. My mom said she ate whatever she wanted with all four of us and we are fine. I personally always drank a litvif water, but I did cut out things with aspertame. I was a coffee addict , but I only have caffeine once in a while. A lot of people I know don't even stop with caffeine. The major change I made was I stopped smoking cigarettes. I generation eat like normal but I did cut out lunch meats and hot dogs. When I snack I try to keep it healthy, especially the later in the night it gets. Just eat lots of fiber and whomever grain, and make sure you're getting your daily fruits and vegges. I drink a lot of nesquick. But candies and junk are perfectly fine in moderation. Im sure you will be seeing a nutritionist soon though!
