Drinking Milk And coffee?

I drink a lot of milk a day because I'm going to be breast feeding and I heard drinking milk and eating cheese helps. How healthy is it to drink milk while pregnant? How much does the baby get from it and also I'm a huge coffee drinker lol I'm 37 weeks pregnant. Is it okay to drink coffee now or while breast feeding?

Its good but when taking ur prenatal pills it shouldnt be taken with milk because it doesnt allow ur body to absorb iron.

Oh, and fuengreek and brewers yeast and even beer.. the rule on it is sober enough to drive sober enough to nurse, there isn't a reason to pump and dump and it's like your blood 12 oz of beer takes 2 hours to clear

Yes, you can drink coffee and milk :) mothers milk tea, steel cut oats, gatorade, lactation cookies, and drinking plenty of water will also help your milk supply :)
