Lubiderm for extra dry skin is good. My husband uses it because his skin has been super dry since he got back from japan for some odd strange reason and it was the only lotion that works at least for him. I use the pink johnson and johnson baby lotion just because all other lotions irritate my skin and it works for me as well.

Oatmeal Aveeno or any oatmeal lotion is good,as well as eucerin. Nivea lotion is pretty good to but the others focus more on dry skin. If your face is dry, nivea cream is the way to go.

Your skin and lips can dry out when you're dehydrated. Especially if you keep your heat high at night.

If you're wetting them it's going to make it worse...try lotion instead
