Engorged breasts?

I am bottle feeding and my breasts became engorged and they hurt so damn bad and are getting worse. They were just hard at the bottom and now they are all over.  What do I do?? I read that squeezing them will make them produce more.

Do not put hot water on them! Cold compresses worked for mine

Put cabbage leaves in your bra it will help dry up your milk

Try not to touch them, have a hot bath & rest a flannel on each one. They will be okay in a few days when the milk dries up x
