Exercise During Pregnancy

I am a very small young lady, originally I weigh about 105 lbs and haven't gained much. I am about 6 weeks pregnant and am an exercise, health freak. Can anyone suggest which exercises I could do that won't strain me or the baby. I like to dance, I do zumba regularly and lift 10lb weights to tone my arms and do crunches and push ups as well as squats. Can I keep doing these, or do I have to find something else that will keep me healthy?

My doctor told me zumba was fine to continue while pregnant! Just about anything you did before pregnant except core exercises are fine as long as you're paying attention to your body and staying super hydrated!

Yeah I was reading online and it said that pretty much everything you did before pregnancy is fine just omit the heavy weights and core strengthening and to also keep both feet on the floor. Thank you!

I would be careful. you dont want to do any that will stretch your stomach. I would ask your doctor what's ok and not ok. or look some up online.
