Exercise

So I am starting the 30 day squat challenge tomorrow!! Super exited! How are all you mommies staying fit?

Yeah ! No weights or anything just your legs booty and core which is good for prepping your body for delivery!!! :)

I play Just Dance with my 4 year old and work always keeps me up and moving. & I go walking a lot. Is the squat challenge OK for any stage in your pregnancy?  I'd like to try it and I'm 17 weeks.

It's on Khloe Kardashians instagram! My cousin posted it on her instagram and I am starting tomorrow! It looks intense and fun! Could always use a Firm booty and it will help with the lady business staying firm too! Haha!!

Ive jus been walking like a mile a day wit my dogs nd bf.  Hope its enough. Baby is head down already so hope labor isn't too horrible... 5 nd a half weeks left!!
