Face and back breaking out

Anyone else having a girl &their skin is a mess? lol My skin went from good to bad overnight! I've always suffered with back acne but have had it under control for2years and 2weeks ago BAM! Out of no where. My face is breaking out in tiny little bumps, so aggravating.
Anything pregnancy safe to use or certain makeup I can buy to help it?

Hi I got 2 girls and im now 19weeks and we having a boy, on my girls I suffered back pain all the way thro but had lovely glow skin but on this pregnancy my skin is terrible and broke out in spots from early stages which I never suffer with spots and thought in my second trimester it will calm down but it hasnt it
got worse dry/spotty horrible skin nothing worked on me either :/ sometimes it gets me down as I feel horrible in myself but gotta keep telling myself he be worth it :) so I think it can happen to any sex of the baby think every pregnancy different but my pregnancy on the girl were both the same and I knew from the start this baby was gona be a boy as its completely different to my girls, hopfully I have my smooth skin back when hes born :))
