Fatigue

I'm 11 weeks pregnant with my first baby, the first 8 or so weeks of my pregnancy were fine. I didn't even know I was pregnant until 5 weeks, and even after that I had next to no symptoms. But the last couple of weeks things have taken a huge turn and it's like I've been hit with every symptom imaginable. I can't sleep through the night, I'm constantly waking up for no apparent reason, I'm nauseated most of the time during the day, my appetite has gone out the window and there is so many smells that send me into a vomiting frenzy. But the main problem for me at the moment is fatigue, It's really dragging me down. I cannot do anything during the day, I'm constantly tired, it's like I have no energy whatsoever. It's a struggle for me to even get up and dressed in the mornings. I am very into my fitness and it's killing me that I don't have the energy to even go for a walk, not to mention how beneficial exercise supposedly is in pregnancy. Does anyone have any cures or ideas that could help me with this? And please tell me it wears off in the next few weeks lol. Thanks!

Yea I remember that. I didn't find out I was pregnant until 8 weeks. And it's like once I found out I was pregnant my body was like time to kick in the symptoms! But unfortunately there isn't a cure love. It'll wear off eventually. I started gaining my appetite and energy back last week when I made 12 weeks. There is a light at the end of the tunnel!

I have stemzine tablets for nausea but the problem with them is they make you drowsy, doesn't help me in my situation haha

I guess all I can do is hope it goes away eventually. Sooner rather than later! Of course it's happening in the middle of summer aswell so the heat is not helping! 40 degree days and pregnancy do not mix well lol

Well unfortunately there's no cure for any pregnancy related symptoms. Just gonna have to take it as it comes. If nausea gets to much and nothing will alleviate it then ask your doctor for zofran
