I failed my 1 hr w flying colors, but passed my 3 hr wity flying colors. So the first test isnt really an indicator. I will tell you during the 2nd test im glad i took my husband with me. I felt sooooo SICK, i was nauseous, dizzy and felt like passing out. It was like my body couldnt handle all those sugars. My dr said thats an indicator that you dont have it, that reaction to the 3 hr test. When i had to retest i freakes out, just take it lightly until you have the results and then think about what you'll have to.do. no reason to.stress like i did. You either have it or you dont and its not in your hands. Keep us posted. Good luck

I have gestational diabetes I test 4 times a day and take a med at bedtime. You will have to go see a nutritionist to show you what you can and can't eat. Most ppl think it's sugar you need to stay away from when it's really carbs, but you may past your 3 hr test and not have to worry about any of this

Sorry to hear that but don't worry, you may not fail the 3 hour test. Even if you do, they'll just monitor you more & you & baby will be fine. I get my test done this coming Tuesday myself.

If you fail the  3 hour test, you have to change your diet and check your blood a few times a day. If you can't get it under control, you'll be put  on meds. Some women with gd get induced  early because of the babies size. You may get monitored more closely.
