Help Please....15 weeks, Pelvic Pressure, Bowel Movements, etc.

Some of this may be a bit of TMI, but I just want to see if any of you ladies have any insight or thoughts.
I am almost 16 weeks pregnant and lately I have been having a lot of pelvic pressure. I know that during this phase alot of it can be round ligament pain. Well, its not just pressure regularly, I am also having a lot of pressure during bowel movements. I know that the majority of us women have to do some sort of push during bowel movements, but I cant even do that, because if I do, I feel like I am going to push this child out (weird). Pretty much if my bowel movement doesnt want to fall out, it stays there until its ready because I feel too much pressure to try.
Also, when I sneeze, I get pelvic pain. Does any of this sound normal. My doc just keeps telling me that pelvic pressure is normal.
I just want to make sure that everything is okay and that some of this is normal. Any help is much appreciated.

Steph

Your second half of the response literally made me laugh out loud! love responses like that.
Good to hear things sound okay. LIttle things just make me worry and I dont want my doctor to think I am nuts about calling them on every little detail of my life including every bowel movement. lol
