Help me, im really paranoid if im pregnant

I have an irregular menstruation, since i had a history of hemorrhage 6 mos ago. I had my period last november 20 - 24.. but it was supposed to last a week but it stopped because I drink coconut juice (yes its really effective stopping your period). Now, dec 17.. my bf and I were playing around and he got in me (without a condom). Before that, i already had a feeling of having my period this week, because i already have white menstruation like normal. But right after that, i became completely dry. We did it again the next day but this time we used a condom.. I'm still dry and im not yet having my menstruation till this day. is this a sign of pregnancy?

my bf and i were away for 6 mos thats why. what should i do now? im so hopeless... i will be leaving again after 2 weeks. please help me. :(

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would recommend a pregnancy test.  (I ALWAYS recommend a pregnancy test.)  If the test is negative, I would prescribe progesterone to start your period for you.  It is very important to have your period at least 4 times per year.  It sounds to me like you may have a variant of PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) which makes ovulation and periods irregular.
I would also recommend some hormone testing, and then what to do next depends upon whether you want pregnancy or not!

I have pcos and thats what it sounds like you have so prob to get preg u will need to take meds to help you. ask your doc to test you for that. also ya get in to see the doc before you take any meds now just to make sure your not preg.

Is it okay to use pregnancy test? Because its already a week since we hooked up. Anyway I did use a pregnancy test, and the result was negative. I don't know if i will depend on the result and wait for my period to come. I searched on the internet that, it is better to use pregnancy test 2 weeks after.

I'm having my menstruation monthly. Just for this month that it got so delayed..
