Don't stress, i went through the same thing, i would stress almost everyday, but at the end of the day a nice hot shower made me calm down. Take it easy, step by step everything will be okay!

Meditation is awesome. It's really helped me to set aside anywhere from half hour to an hour a day just to mediate it keeps me calm

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you to start some kind of relaxation program such as yoga.  I would also encourage you to find a good counselor to help you learn some strategies and to "decompress".  In addition to that, try to surround yourself with supportive people that you can talk to.  If all else fails you could speak to your OB doctor about a medication that might help--sometimes something such as Zoloft, or Celexa can be helpful.
Good luck!

Whatever you're stressed about, write on a calendar day to try and tackle that certain situation. No more than one thing a day... And if you have to, ask for help with tasks. If you can just assign one thing a day, remind yourself not to think about the other days... Take one day at a time.
