How long does it take to relize your pregnant???

Hey me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex on March 1st 2010 and he didnt pull out on time and some remained inside me and then that same week around the 5th and 6th of March I spent the night with him and yeah... my question is how long does it take to get symtoms and when can a pregancy test detect pregnany? i asked because i was on Depo shot and i just got off of it on Feb 8th because it made me bleed for the whole 3 months i was on it, and im still kind of spot bleeding. So far the only thing different i noticed was my face breaking out which normally doesnt happen, and i blewup on my boyfriend like i got all of a sudden really mad. and i sleep a lot more, its only been about a week, but do you start getting symtoms at 3 weeks? Thanks so much

that could be true that my body is reajusting, but today and a little yesterday im having these pulsating type cramps, honestly idk if its a cramp because i dont get cramps with my periods so idk what they feel like, but it happens when i lay down and sit up, it feels like its on my right side of between my leg at the bone, and it feels like a tightnen and then pulsates out, like it hurts bad at first and then dies off and then it comes back about 10 seconds later, idk what it is. Thanks for responding

probably not this early but everybody is different. with my first pregnancy i knew i was pregnant at 4 weeks and had symptoms from 3 weeks on...so you may be pregnant but you never know....your symptoms might also be your body readjusting without the hormones...best thing is to wait til 2 weeks have passed since you last had unprotected sex and then take a test. :) good luck!
