One time I sneezed while wearing a dress, no panty liner(bad mistake) and pee just went all down my legs, so obnoxious ! -.-

Im 28 weeks. I can't cough, sneeze, vomit or laugh hard or I'll pee a little!!  I forget to wear panty liners some times, and that's never fun lol

Lol. I'm 17, mother off one and another on the way. Last night I was yelling and I was telling so loud and.i was so angry I wet myself slightly at the same time lol. How embarrassing lol.

It happens to me a lot lol theres nothing you can do that I know of just dont hold your urine

That happens to me too. Especially when I vomit. I used to try to cross my legs but it never helped.  U might want to try wearing panty liners

Wear panty liners. :) I wear one every day. It also helps with the extra discharge you have. You can also do kegel exercises too.
