I never felt the feeling of having to eat 24/7 but then again I believe every pregnancy is different. I would suggest snacking in between meals instead of eating like crazy and alot of water
If you have a sams club they sell tgese protein shakes that are pretty good abd when i dont have time for a meal ill drink one and it fills me up for awhile itd called premier protein i also saw a 4 pack at kingsoopers but sams club u get like a 12 or 18 pack so its more for your money... But they are good for baby and good for times wheb you dont have time lol they are full of vitamins and protein so its really nice but my drs try to force me to eat as much as possible because my babies are really small so i have to eat and eat until i can't no more :( i used to be so cute but my babies are way more important than my old body lol so ill do it for them but i look in the mirror and get sad but for working out id make babydad come on walks with me because hes a fit man and likes to work out so he gives me motivation to keeo going...now im on bedrest so im just gettin so fat n ugly :'( my son better love me lol
Btw actually eating meals throughout the day like your suppose to helps eliminate a lot of the hunger and junk binges you are experiencing. Especially eating breakfast it helps out a lot during the day.
I literally ate a whole pizza to myself abd still feel hungry but the more i eat i feel so uncomfortable so its a lose lose situation for me :( lol i lost alota of ny weight after i had my daughter so im hoping it will happen again with this one
Talk tI your doctor but if he or she is concerned about your weight then don't stress. Maybe just eat smaller meals and switch out chips for trail mix or crackers ya know. Maybe your doctor can give you a list or a diet plan but like I said if they aren't concerned than don't stress mama :)
I was non stop throwing up m first 5 months and lost 15lbs im about to be 7 months next week and have gained back 12lbs. Based on what my doctor told me its healthly to have gained 15lbs by the 7th month. I am a big health nut I worked in the fitness industry and its been hard for me. My recommendation is to exercise go walking but dont over due it walk enough that you break a little sweat, do arm exercises with 3lb to 5lb weights. If you didnt work out prior to pregnancy I dont recommend to do any weights. I say stick to walking every day about 30min, some squats as it helps for when you go to labor, and eat foods with natural fats and protein. Things like nuts, bananas, green veggies. another thing that helps is including smoothies or juices to your day include a juices in between meals helps out alot! make sure your smoothies and juices include apples and kale it has loads of vitamins!
You can eat little things like crackers or chips I don't really care if it's healthy or junk if it's the only thing I have don't worry about weight because your pregnant it's the after pregnancy that you should worry about :-) what all do you have to eat at your house?
I usually try to put in at least 3 miles a day of walking , swimming is also healthy you can try water aerobics, especially nice because of the summer season
Do nt list heavy and listen to your body if you are exhausted
Yea I don't starve myself but when I feel sad about my weight like I do right now i don't eat what I really would I just eat a protein bar or two or fruit gummies but it's not what I really want to eat I just do to have something in my stomach
Is it too late to stop gaining too much weight ? And yea I don't eat real food really almost everything I eat is junk I don't have actual meals and what kind of exercises can I do
I highly doubt she's starving herself
Daily exercise is also very good for you and for baby
From what I've heard the healthier you eat the less hungry you feel. But I have no idea if it's true I had a donut cereal and subway today so that was my big healthy meal of the day ;) lol I literally can't stop thinking about ice cream right now
