IM PREGNANT!!!

After getting a faint positive the other day i finally went today to get a blood test and turns out im pregnant!!! So excited :)

And i dont want to get a miscarrige so what should i do? Rest alot? Drink milk? Take vitamans?

Just take your prenatals, eat as healthy as possible (but if you crave something eat it) , not heavy lifting, drink TONS of water and some milk, and most important don't stress about the possibility of a miscarriage. It's bad for you and the baby.

Just take it easy, don't lift anything over 10 pounds, no hot showers/baths! Aaaand yaaaaay!!! Congratulations!!!! Welcome to mother hood!! =D

Take it easy as much as you can no heavy lifting. Take your prenatal vitamins every day. Drink lots of water! Since its still hot outside. Cramping is normal but if you have heavy bleeding with clots go to the dr or the E.R other then that congrats! :)
