IS THIS PREGNANCY RELATED??

This soooo embarassing and kinda off topic but, I'm in pain right now...in my underarms...there's a really big lump that I've noticed going on about 2 months...I've been sweating more definitely but I never really thought it as anything serious because I wasn't having any pain and I thought maybe it's because of the pregnancy...but lately it's  been hurting me and right now it's hurting alot!! Keeping my arms closed is really painful on the lump area...I checked right now in the restroom and it's pretty big, as a matter of fact it's gotten bigger and just running my finger over it is painful. I've also noticed that I'm sweating sooo much...on cold days I'm literally wiping my underams (sorry embarassing) and the odor has been very strong...I take a shower and already I'm sweating and its not a nice smell. This has never happened before and at first I thought it was pregnancy realated, but now I'm starting to think it's not. It's getting worse. I keep forgetting to ask my doctor everytime I go in. Has anybody experienced this during their pregnancy, or does anybody have an idea or if  it sounds like I should get it checked out soon??

i have also heard it can be your milk ducts being swollen, so talk to your doc but i bet it has to do with that.

My left under arm was hurting last week for a couple days, but I never had a lump.
I wasn't sure was it was either.

However, I did have a lump under my arms years ago that I didn't know what it was either and it was there for the longest time! But I never mentioned it because I thought it was just a sore cuz it was summer, I was active and I sweat alot.
I didn't have odor problems or over sweating though.
I eventually went away after a few months, but it wasn't as painful as you mention both yours to be.
I'd definately get it checked out.

Would you by any chance use antiperspirant deoderants?
Some women or men's pore n such are very sensative to antiperspirants and can actually cause infections.
If you do, that's probably what happened, and a suggestion would to switch deoderants.
Just a thought.
If you do, make sure you mention to your doctor that you use them because he may offer you a better solution.

Definitely get yourself checked.

I would go straight away if I were you, don't wait to have an appointment for something else.

My nanna lost a breast to breast cancer,  (at 38) and  is now still alive at 78.

She actually went in to have a mole removed from her eyelid for cosmetic reasons. While she was being checked into hospital, they asked her permission to let a student doctor do a physical exam on her for practice. The mole she was having cut off turned out to be cancerous, and during the physical the student found a lump in her breast. The cancer had already spread through out her boob, and the whole thing had to come off. But she is happy, healthy, and alive now.

Seriously, get it checked out. Anytime you have a lump in your breast area or underarms get it checked out right away. Not to be a fun sucker, but sometimes cancer, wether benign or malignant can show up in the lymph nodes.  I'd suggest getting it biopsied ASAP.

(they'll use a thin needle to try and get fluid out of it.)

Hey Miko! I am not sure if it's pregnancy related or not, but I would defintiely mention it to your doc since you said you have had it for about 2 months now. It may be nothing serious, but I would just get it checked out. That's what I would do. I hope they can help you out with it. It doesn't sound comfortable!

I have no real idea. I just know that you have lymphnodes (sp?) in that area so it could be them swelling for a varities of reasons, or if it is lower more in the breast then under arm it could be ducts blocking up. Like I said I don't know so I would definitely get it checked out.
