Is it possible...

Okay, I have a few ovulation calendars online and since I'm irregular it's hard to go by the dates. One said my ovulation day was the 30th while another said the 31st and then another said the 28th. Well, DH and I had sex on the 25th, the 28th, the 29th, skipped the 30th and then had sex the 31st. If my actual ovulation day was the 30th, do you think I missed it just because we didn't have sex on the 30th?? I don't think so because my egg was released but the sperm could've been hanging around and if not, still when we had sex on the 31st the sperm could've reached the egg no matter what. Am I correct on this because I'm pretty sure that I am or at least I HOPE I am.

Also, I noticed I had increase CM on my fertile days but it was the 29th when I noticed the stretchy CM and A LOT of it. I feel as though I ovulated on the 29th and if that's the case then that's the night we did it anyway.

Do you think we covered our bases?? Please help!

HI!
Sperm can live in the female reproductive tract for up to 3 days.  I think you are well "covered" for any of the ovulation dates that you calculated by any of the methods.
One thing to consider, if you are irregular, it may mean that you are not ovulating consistently.  If this is the case, it will take longer to conceive.  You might want to talk to your MD about some blood work ( I would do a day 3 FSH, a prolactin a thyroid panel, and a day 21 progesterone level)  and ALSO something such as Femara that will help you ovulate more regularly and improve your chances.
Good luck!
