Is this normal? ( I'm 25 weeks an 6 days)

Ok... here we go again.  I'm not sure what to make of this.  For the past few days I have been feeling a pain, not to bad though, below my ribs when I sneeze or cough.  Well..,. as of last night I feel it when I roll over in the bed or if I lift my foot up to scratch it.  I have been getting short of breath easy too.  I have ashma so I just thought it was because of that.  Is this normal?  Has any one else had this happen?  I called my ob an left a message for the nurse.  So I'm waiting for them to call me back.  Please reply, Anita.

i had that.  it is a foot, arm, elbow or something under your rib.  everytime i sneeze i say ouch because the baby puts pressure on my ribs.  i am 32 1/2 weeks and he just dropped a little yesterday so i do not feel this in the ribs as much, well at least yesterday and today i dont.

Thanks ladies.  I was thinking that my baby was the blaim.  This kid is doing a number on me. Lol.  j/k.  I have 100 days to go... till my due date.  YAY!   I don't think it would be as bad if I didn't have ashma.  Its all for a great cause.  COME ON APRIL!  Anita

Your competely fine! It's normal to get out of breath when you are that far along. I remember with my 1st, i was about 28 weeks, i was getting an ultrasound, and my nurse notized iw as breathing really hard, and she said "are you out of breath?" and i said yes, and kinda dizy. She told me to roll over on my left side for a few minutes. When you are laying on your back you are reducing your flow of oxygen. I'm not sure why this is but it's what she told me. When you lay on your left side, all of your organs are alligned and you have a better flow of oxygen. Try that as you are getting to the point of being uncomfortbale. Good luck!

That is very normal and nothing to worry about. Your baby is getting bigger and bigger and all your organs are being pushed up into your ribs. It wont get better till u deliver. Sorry.

its more than likely the baby being bigger. He/she's packin those punches. Shortness of breath is the utuerus or baby probably pushin up on the lungs. Ive had problems breathing since 6 weeks im assuming to hormones. Hes really low so fortuantly i dont have that problems with my lungs. yet anyways lol
