Crackers toast and water with lemon helped me and I would eat very slow when you do eat Give your body the chance to respond to the floor before your next bite

Honestly, try not to eat/drink many acidic things so orange juice, oranges because it'll irritate your stomach. I had really bad morning sickness everyday for the first 3 months so I ate alot of crackers, toast and ginger ale. If it's really bad, you can take a gravol. I don't take any medication, but I needed that otherwise I wouldn't feel better. Also, if you're taking prenatal vitamins they can make you sick, so try to take it at night before you're going to sleep and  after you've gotten something in your stomach. Drink lots of water as well, you'll need to stay hydrated.

For me, before I would get out of bed I would eat a few crackers and drink some water with lemon  and wait about 20 minutes then slowly get out of bed and it helped a lot.

My prenatal vitamins made my nausea worse so I switched to gummy vitamins and it made a difference. Then I tried crackers and Gatorade...I'm 37 weeks and I only threw up once but still have nausea every so often. Medicine works best for me
