Honey, it's very normal, I also face this problem, I am 16 weeks now, I used to vomit 5-7 times a day, I went to the hopsital 3 times to give me fluids, in the second timester it gets better although it doesn't go away totally, try to adapt to this situation because there is nothing you can do about it, I tried everything and nothing worked, but after week 10 it should be easier.
Good luck
Yes, it is very normal. I had hyperemesis gravidarum (severe morning sickness basically) in all 3 of my pregnancies and it is frustrating to feel so sick.
Try to eat bland foods when you can. Follow your instinct-if you are craving something, eat it (as long as it isn't something that would cause harm).
Try to drink as much as you can. Anything without alcohol is good-do try to limit your caffeine as it will dehydrate you.
If you just are completely miserable, there are medications available: just talk with your ob/gyn. Also sometimes the prenatal vitamins can make you more sick. You can ask about taking Flintstones or just take folic acid until you feel better.
If you are not able to keep or get much fluid down in a 24 hour period, you need to speak with your ob/gyn ASAP.
It can be very normal, and it is for me! I know it's frustrating! You can try ginger, saltine crackers, ginger ale, things that will help settle your tummy, but honestly, nothing ever worked for me. I am now 14w 2d and still vomit once or twice a day, but thankfully, my nausea throughout the day has calmed down a lot! (well in the past 3 days, so I'm not in the clear yet!) With my son I was like this until 22 weeks! I hope it goes away soon for you...most women find relief early in the second trimester...I'm just odd. =/ Just try your best to keep fluids down at this point, any fluids will do! I'm sorry you are feeling like this, but it's all for a good reason! =)
yes honey it is very normal!!!!!......i am a lil over 12 weeks and just this past 2 weeks i went an entire week without being nauseated/vomiting and then yesterday morning it hit me hard again....i was in the bathroom for about 10-15 minutes vomiting...uugghh....i did the same thing with my son so i know exactly how you feel! they make prenatal vitamins that have some type of nausea med in them that are safe for pregnancy and i had to be put on those, because i cant keep down any other kind...mine are called DuetDHA and they are 2 lil yellow pills with hearts on them....they are starting to work wonders already this morning!!!!! hang in there it will pass by your 2nd trimester hopefully or you can ask your doc. about the vitamins!!!! best of luck!!!!!!!!!!
