Newborn weightless please help

So my boy was born 04.12.13 at 8.51 am 7.2 pounds 20 inches perfectly healthy:) they weighed his last night he lost 4% and weighed 6.12.. They said this was normal .. They just brought him back from his second weigh in now he's at 8.4% weightless @ 6.5 pounds... They have me trying to pump in the dude but im discouraged as nothing seem to really add up with my colostrum nd pumping but when I squeeze my nipple I know I've fit stuff there... I do not want to supplement with formula so I will continue to try nd pump but also I'm just squeezing some into a little container to add to his feeding with a little dropper... Has anyone else experienced this?!?! I'm worried.. He is also tounge tied but his latch is very good.. Someone please help I'm a FTM and worried he seems to be fine in all other aspects

Breastfed babies will commonly lose more weight their first few days as moms milk comes in. As long as he is pooping and wetting diapers you should be able to stick to exclusively breastfeeding. Keep doing what you're doing, keep putting him on your breast, and try taking warn showers or putting warm cloths on your breasts to help your milk come in.
