Not sure if I'm pregnant or not... help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm 15 and I just had sex for the first time with my boyfriend two days ago. We didn't use protection, but he said he'd pull out and I'm not sure if that's a very effective method. I was due for my period on Christmas, but I started semi-heavy spotting for a few minutes one or two days before. Otherwise, I've had no signs of my menstrual cycle and today my throat hurts, body aches, stomach is queezy, I feel like I'm going to throw up every few minutes, and I'm really dizzy. Could I be pregnant and would I experience symptoms this fast?

Hey there, I doubt that you would have symptoms of pregnancy this quickly, generally it takes at least a couple of weeks, Although it is possible to fall pregnant in theory at any time in your cycle I think that as your period was goin to start anyway, you probably haven't concieved, however, you also might have. You should consider MAKING your boyfriend wear a condom next time if you guys are going to be sexually active and don't want to be pregnant. The pull out or withdrawal method as you suspected is NOT a reliable form of contraception at all because there can be sperm present in the pre-*** that's released before ejaculation happens, also it takes the boy to know exactly when he is going to *** so he can pull out on time. I think that as it was your first time, the spotting you had could have either been an altered period, or been caused by the sexual intercours you had before it. I hope you will be okay and If you are worried wait until about 3 weeks pass and you can take a pregnany test to see, good luck hunny, and all the best. :) x

No, you wouldn't be showing any form of symptoms after two days. It takes at minimum a week or so after implantation for them to occur. The symptoms you described sound more like a cold or flu versus pregnancy. When you first start becoming sexually active it can throw your cycle off until your body re-regulates it. The pull out method is extremely ineffective, so I strongly suggest you don't practice it anymore and use birth control or condoms. If you worry or suspect pregnancy, you can take a pregnancy test with first morning urine in two weeks.
