I like making simple one meal soup dishes.  Throw in some meat, boil.  Add flavorings, veges and some rice noodles or pasta.  If I don't want to do meat I just drop an egg in and stir quickly to mix it up.

Had this for breakfast this morning.  Took all of 5 minutes to prepare, plus about 10 minutes of cooking.

Am also into vege stir fries.  Super easy and quick.

I like all of the other ladies suggestions.  Now that you have your mondo-sized george forman you can put it to good use!  ;)   When you use it to cook meat (esp. chicken) cook extra the first time and then you'll already have cooked chicken to make another quick dish the next night.   I would also say portion control.  I think as long as you eat in moderation you should be OK.  Also try to grab healthier snacks when you need a quick fix.  Oh, and drink lots and lots of water!  It's good for you and also very filling.

Here's my quick and easy recipe...place frozen chicken tenders/breasts in a baking dish, sprinkle with ranch seasoning (like you would normally use to make dip).  Cover with aluminum foil.  Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes (or until chicken is cooked)  Take out and sprinkle with mozzerella cheese.  Bake another 5 minutes (or until cheese is melted).  Easy and healthy!

I agree with latrice, i love my crock pot its so easy and really you cant mess it up. plus you can go online and get recipes so they can be as easy or as hard as you want!! you can literally cook anything in there too. my favorite easy recipe is a full chicken with some kinda of liquid. ( we like using beer!) there is no harm for pregnant women as the cooking process rids the achohol. i also like using rootbeer! i just take the chicken put it in maybe with some onion, celery or whatever is on hand cover it with salt and pepper and 6 hours later its done! and it falls right off the bone so no messy cutting!
Good Luck!

Bakiing food is the easiest and its healthy, jus season and put in oven.  The george forman grill works wonders for meats to:)  I like my meats fried, but i do a lot of baking for my meats.  Also get a crockpot, that works wonders to. and its healthy. I just made cornbeef, carrots and potatoes all in the same crock pot and it was good.  I just bought the crockpot 2days ago(i had always used my sisters lol) and it was only 20 dollars.

I dont think you can go wrong with bakiing, george forman grill or the crockpot, all those things will cook the food for you, just keep an eye on and cook to your taste.

When i cook my main thing is need to have a meat, vegetable and starch(sometimes a salad is included in that too lol or soup)  I steam my vegetables to try and keep all the nutrients in it, put it in a pot with lid and a jus 60 ml of water and simmer(real low)

Good luck, keep me posted
