Ovulation, conception and cycle.

I fall pregnant straight away with one go each time. I am pregnant to my second child now. My husband and I use the withdrawal method every time. In my frist pregnancy we had unprotected sex ONCE in our first aim to get pregnant. We did not have sex again after this, unprotected or protected. 2 weeks later I did a home pregnancy test which showed positive. I knew I was pregnant from that one time we tried. Later we continued our sexual activity as per normal. I remember that day that we tried it was my 14th day of my cycle. I remember that I was ovulating heavily. I remember my cycles being 28 days. So that was easy. Even though I never really focused too much on all of this. I just knew that day that we tried that I was OVULATING heavily and to my limited knowledge knew that it was apparently a fertile time for me. I never really focused too much on ovulation and dates and cycles; I guess that's because it just happened that I tried only once and got pregnant the first go; hence I didn't then need to stick to a plan or time-table and keep records of things. [Don't know if I am right or wrong here].

After having a healthy baby, and then eventually my period returning, Im not sure if the cycle is the same. Especially recently. I started to keep track of my period dates but missed a few times to record it all down. I started to keep notes because I was going to plan to have my second child. But it happened probably one month sooner than I was planning. I assumed that I would try only ONCE again and that I would fall pregnant again. Well YES that's exactly what happened. I fell pregnant with just ONE go AGAIN! My husband and I use the withdrawal method but this time he didn't withdraw. HOWEVER at the time I didn't know WHEN or IF I had ovulated. This is the part that baffles me now. At the time I assumed that because I could not recall ovulating that I hadn't YET ovulated. I knew the start date and end date of my last period though; BUT for some reason I hadn't ovulated yet. It felt longer than usual. I kept the following records and this is where I need your help. Plse help me here.

Period start date: 9 Oct 2009 (Day 1)
Period end date: 15 Oct 2009 (Day 7)
Unprotected sex: 23 Oct 2009 (Day 15)
(**Now I don't know technically which day is the 'Day of Ovulation' but here are my records and notes on this).
First sign of ovulation NEXT day (Day 16)
Ovulating following day BEING the most WET. (Day 17)
Ovulating the next day too, FLUID is CLEAR AND STICKY. (Day 18)
Finishing ovulation; last day. (Day 19).

So if my details are correct, which is technically my 1 day of ovulation? The day that I am most wet, or the day that I have clear sticky fluid?

5 months prior I recorded a 25 day cycle but that time my period was slightly lighter, around 2 days. So maybe we can assume that my average cycle now is AROUND 28 days. But the reason why Im confused is because I normally start to OVULATE on the 12th day and the heaviest time being the 14th day. THIS time though I didn't even start ovulating till the 16th day and my heaviest day of ovulation being the 18TH DAY!

My further question is: Is this possible? If so and based on the dates and information provided above:
When did I ovulate? I would like to know how many days before ovulation I had unprotected sex. And which day did I conceive? I am very confused about all of this.

I will add a couple of things to this: After getting pregnant this second time, I didn't have sex again (protected or unprotected) until getting confirmation that I was pregnant. [I was certain I was without the confirmation yet]. I bought a pregnancy test kit which stated it could show results as early as 7-10 days after conceiving. Without knowing if the time of sex is actually conceiving I tested 7 and 10 days AFTER I had the unprotected sex (assuming that's the day of conception). The results showed negative BOTH times.

I bought another pregnancy test kit which stated to test a certain amount of days after the ovulation. I did that, which would have been also 2 days after my next period. So I knew I was couple of days late for my next period. Test showed positive. During this waiting time I didn't have sex at all.

One last thing I will add is that on the very next day of completely finishing my ovulation, the 20th day of my cycle I felt nauseous, unbelievably tired for no reason like I've never felt before while drving and endlessly yawning. I just knew. I rang my husband and told him that I MUST be pregnant! I just had to wait for confirmation of this. Following those days, my breasts were sore and I was feeling endlessly tired. But my breasts are usually sore before expecting my next period anyway, but all other symptoms were new.

So we know that one thing is for sure, that Im very fertile. Another interesting point to add is that I got pregnant around the same time as my first pregnancy, and I think Im due the same time as my first baby was born. I would say exactly the same day! The most wrong I could be here is about 1 week difference.

In my first pregnancy I had unprotected sex on: 1st Nov (14th day of my cycle)
Was due to have the baby: 27 July
BUT was induced 1 week earlier due to having pre-eclampsia and gave birth on: 20 July.

I feel Im due again on 20 July now.

Plse help me with my questions and plse confirm some things that I have mentioned and correct me where I may be wrong. Im trying to work out my date of ovulation, date of conception and when I may be due. I can't work it our without knowing my cycle. And because the last cycle was longer than the rest Im very lost right now.

Thanking you kindly for your valuable time.
