Ovulation or is someone getting comfy?

I'm 20. I am healthy, no medical conditions. I had my menstrual cycle on the 11th this month. It is now the 28th. I have been experiencing slight cramping and stomach discomfort on and off for the past 11 days now. I have read that ovulation cramps last between 24/48 hrs. On top of this. My breast have swollen, and they are mildly sore. I have had slight moodiness, and I gag very easily from overpowering scents or being emotional worked up lately. A big sign to me is,instead of feeling groggy in the morning I am bright and alert. That is something I felt with my first pregnancy in the morning, but "Nugget" sadly ended in a miscarriage after 9wks in 09. I am not due for my next menstrual cycle until Oct 7 (I'm every 28/29 days). I know I'm too early to test. It's just frustrating to understand all the articles and advice about ovulation vs pregnancy vs period! They are all so alike! However, these are my symptoms, I'm just trying to fit where they belong. Thank you so much :)

It's really confusing. I've never noticed myself ovulate. I'm pretty normal. I have typical pms and regular periods, but nothing inbetween. When I was pregnant I knew for sure bc my chest swelled up like Dolly Parton! Lol. This time is strikes me odd bc I have started gagging..over anything! The smell of walking by trash, the texture of my yogurt, I even got into a heated discussion with my bf and I started gagging from being overwhelmed, which I've never experienced. As a side note, it feels awesome to vent this out. I feel cramps often as well. Nothing extreme, and I've never cramped this early before my period, and especially not this often. My breast are swollen, squishy, and a little sore. I should stop ranting. I can't resolve anything tonight lol. I will just be paticent I guess.

I know I'm being hyper sensitive! I'm laughing at myself. Thank you your response though! I'm okay either way, it's just nice to know if I should alter my grocery shopping toward some healthier foods. I am taking vitamins and eating a healthy breakfast just in case. You never know. I guess I'll just have to wait until Oct 7th to figure this out! It's definitely hard though, not a second goes by without wondering.

Well the symptoms aren't going to really mean anything because the symptoms are so vague and relate to so many different things. Crossing my fingers for you that you are pregnant!
